maybe even Animal Planet. In each episode they featured a different alien world and talked about the physics of the planet and the star it orbited, as well as the theoretical life that might exist on it.Some examples I remember of the planets featured were: a gas giant that had feather-light animals floating in the upper atmosphere and a planet in a close orbit with a red star which periodically let out bursts of solar radiation and how the animals and planet had adapted to that.Can anyone help?Alien Worlds (Aurelia and Blue Moon),......

It used to be on either Discovery, National Geographic, maybe even Animal Planet. In each episode they featured a different alien world and talked about the physics of the planet and the star it orbited, as well as the theoretical life that might exist on it.

Some examples I remember of the planet's featured were: a gas giant that had feather-light animals floating in the upper atmosphere and a planet in a close orbit with a red star which periodically let out bursts of solar radiation and how the animals and planet had adapted to that.
