Attending conferences

If the research idea worth is there a way to have a finanical aid or free attendance to a WorldWide Conference?

also how about the cost of it and the VISA to travel ?

Some conferences offer travel funding. It depends on the individual conference. They are unlikely to fund you unless you're a student or have been invited to give a talk at the conference. You cannot present ideas you had at a conference. They're only interested in research you've done - actual results.

Ask the conference organizers. Each one has its own criteria for attendance.

Research grant funds pay for you to do research. Not to go watch someone talk about theirs.
