The Electric Universe could only be measured, observed and realised from the properties of plasmas. Meaning that it is being generated by all cosmic plasma as it moves through magnetic fields. The question now is: Does "Electric Universe" exist as an independant entities having its own intrinsic properties or can it exist without the measuring tool such as cosmic plasma or magnetic fields. If you are trying to disprove any theory its a good idea to start by looking first at its flaws. For the Electric Universe Theory you may try questioning it's existence as having an independant intrinsic properties regardless of the presence of plasma or magnetic fields. Research on lt. Even if you can't prove or disprove it.... you might initiate a controversy similar to the debate between Einstein and Bohr on Quantum mechanics.

It is not anyone's job to disprove a theory. it is the responsibility of those proposing the theory to prove it correct by experimentation and verification.
For example, if I tell you there's an invisible elf in my garden, how would you disprove it? Wouldn't you expect me to prove it? If someone says you need to prove them wrong about their pet theory it's a big indication of pseudoscientific rubbish.

Why should I ??
Those who advance any new theory must also show how it now only maps to all existing experimental results (as well or better than any existing theory) and must show how it can predict the results of experiments that have not yet been conducted .....
... if not, then no Scientist will waste their time listening to 'yet another god theory' (experimental proof is what separates Science from Religion :-) :-) )
