Not sure what you mean by "good" protazoans. By bad I'm sure you mean pathogenic species. Some examples of pathogenic species are Plasmodium vivax, Plasmodium falciparum,(plasmodium species cause malaria) Trichamonas vaginalis (a common vaginal parasite), Giardiasis (an entero parasite that causes dysentery).
