I am supposed to use 15 different volunteers and determine their traits (widow's peak, gender, hairless fingers, if they can roll their tongue, etc). One of the questions I am trying to work on for the lab report is: Would your data vary if you went to another part of the world, for instance, China?

Some of them will but some of them won't.
The ones that will vary may be due to the enviorment or the different genes. (eg: The sex ratio in China is different than the US due to enviormental factors such as people aborting their female children. There is a vast majority of males there.) (eg: A majority of Asian people do not have hair on their fingers while a majority of Middle Eastern people do. This is a genetic trait.)
So yes; the data will be different based on your location...
