What would happen if two twin couples had kids

some genetic material gets rearranged and causes some physical changes when compared to the parents. It is the same reason two, non-twin, siblings dont look alike, even though they come from the same two people genetically-No. Even twins have their own sets of genes,......
Ok, so imagine there was a set of identical twin girls and then a set of identical twin boys. Girl Twin A and Boy Twin A fall in love and have a kid. Then Girl Twin B and Boy Twin B also fall in love and have a kid of their own. Would the child of both couples look the same, like they themselves were identical twins?? I've pondered this for a while, but every time I got to a computer I forgot to search, LOL.

They may have a strong resemblance since their parents and their aunt and uncle are genetically identical.

However, through the process of meiosis, which forms sperm and eggs, some genetic material gets rearranged and causes some physical changes when compared to the parents.

It is the same reason two, non-twin, siblings don't look alike, even though they come from the same two people genetically

No. Even twins have their own sets of genes, even if they look alike. Even if they had the exact same genes, the are about a billion ways they could recombine to make a new person. So yes, I guess it's possible but highly unlikely. They will probably look pretty identical though.
Also, some traits aren't always visible but are still there. Say your grandma has red hair, but your mom might not. You yourself can still have red hair like your grandma because your mom still had the gene for it, but also had another gene that was dominant, which means that the certain gene was competing with the red hair gene and it was basically stronger, so your mom got that trait instead.
I know it's confusing. I had to learn this stuff in high school and it took awhile to actually get it. XD.

If the parents are sets of identical twins, all the children will be the genetic equivalent of normal brothers and sisters, as if they were all born from just one set of the parents.
