Is there a difference between chilling and refrigeration

[From: ] [author: ] [Date: 11-10-25] [Hit: ]
but simply spraying something with refrigerant would make it colder too...I guess it just depends on how specific you want to be?......
what do these two terms actually entail?

Chilling is a general term for making something colder: you could do that by simply putting it in ice.

Refrigeration implies that some kind of machine is used, such as a freezer or refrigerator.
Technically, it means that a refrigerant is used, which is what makes refrigerators and freezers work, but simply spraying something with refrigerant would make it colder too...

I guess it just depends on how specific you want to be?
