Write a one-paragraph reflecting on the axiom "You are what you eat."

We are doing carbohydrates fats protiens and what not in biology and we dis this lab about testing whats in food...i am really bad a writing refeltions...im alittle confused on how i would word it to...please help

What your teacher wants if for you to write that foods are a mixture of carbs, fats, protein and that your body is made of the same stuff. Name parts of cell, tissue that are made of those things. Also, your teeth and gut are shaped by your diet. That would be another thing you could put in your paragraph. Compare and contrast plant eater and meat eater teeth
