Why do I poop is what I am asking?

-
Well after food is digested and your body as already absorbed all the nutrients it needs, then that's when the waste product from your past meals gets sent to rectum. They're millions nerves inside the rectum that are very sensitive to anything that is inside of them. When the stool goes into the rectum, it stimulates those nerves sending electrical signals to the brain, which tell it that you need to poop! And your brain sends a message back down to your lower stomach area giving you that "pressured" feeling. So yeah, simple as that. I hope I helped!

Because your body needs to get the waste out. Your body will use all the resources it possibly can from your food but it cannot use it all. So what it can't use turns into waste. It needs to come out. Thats why you poop.

-
This is actually due to the accumulation of undigested food in the rectum.

-
Because you eat food.
