I would say everywhere. But since u said specific i would suggest naming the parts in your body which need a lubricant to function. Such as brain, heart, stomach, pancreas, and every where. You might wanna keep in mind that the parts mentioned above might have fluids not particularly water. I don't suggest using the above stated body parts, taking the fact that i am an 8th grader.
