Why do my nipples have holes in the center of them

Nipples have small holes in them because thats where the milk leaves the breast to feed a mothers baby.The white stuff you see is probably just discharge, and is perfectly natural as long as it isnt foul smelling/yellowy coloured. Its just something breasts do, really.......

Ever since I can remember I've always had like a small hole in them and I'm not prego or anything and I can sometimes see something white in them and they don't really get hard. Idk whats wrong with me but I'd like to know.
