Not like fake bones like do your real human bones have metal or metal like things in it?

Likely in trace amounts, as metals are often a key component of enzyme activity. But not in amounts that you would think of as being metallic. Bones are mainly structures of calcium phosphate.

But from a strictly chemistry standpoint, calcium is an alkaline earth metal.
