Stupid, WTF question I know but my curiosity is taking over. If scientists were try would it be possible? Maybe using a small animal like a bird or something.

There is something called as 'life'. When you can't turn a dead organism back alive, even though it has all the organs and things, how can make a stuffed animal turn alive!!

No. Even if it were, it would be extremely tedious, because you would have to break many of the bones to insert the new organs, and reconnect all of the blood vessels.

It serves many functions that the fabric and stuffing of a stuffed animal could never hope to perform.
