What happens if you shoot a spore syringe with mushrooms and water in your veins?

The water would probably destroy many cells. The immune system would attack the spores. They would probably end up in the liver and be absorbed. Some might end up in the kidneys. If you did enough, it would probably cause serious harm to kidneys. Most likely you would get over it with only minor damage which would heal.
