somebosy explain the nitrogen cycle?????? how it goes from being in an animal to the ground and atmosphere??

nitrogen in the atmosphere undergoes fixation to enter the soil, where it is assimilated by the roots of plants, which are eaten by animals, which die, and decompose to produce nitrate ions which can be assimilated again or ammonia ions.
