Splicing a jalapeno and habanero plant

I was wondering if it was possible to splice a jalepeno plant and a habanero plant? If so does anyone have any helpful instructions?

Plz can anyone help me? I cant find any info on this anywhere and have already asked this with no answers :(

You must be wanting to crossbreed the two varieties of peppers, not graft one onto the other. I have found what you are looking for with explicit instructions.
