Use the combined gas law ---- P1V1/T1 = P2V2/T2
Change degrees C to Kelvin. SO, T1= 30+273= 303 K
P1= 2.50 atm
V1= 4.50 L
T1= 303 K
P2= 1 atm (definition of STP)
V2= ?
T2= 273 K (definition of STP)

Solve algebraically for what you are looking for V2.
V2=(P1*V1*T2)/(P2*T1)= (2.50 atm*4.50 L*273 K)/(1 atm*303 K) = 10.1361....L

Round to 3 significant digits, so the answer is (c.) 10.1 L.
