Do the crystals look different or does the vinegar make the crystals larger?

-
Salt forms brittle cubic crystals with a very high melting point. Vinegar would form ice like crystal since it is 95% water. Acetic acid form ice like crystals which are relatively soft and melt at 61 F. The crystalline size depends on the rate of crystallization. Some salt crystals can be more than 1 ft across.
