between hydrazine and hydrogen peroxide. N2H2 + 2H2O2 ------> N2 + 4H20

Mean bonds
N-H =388
N-N =163
N≡N = 944
H-O =463
O-O =146

Cheers for the help guys. My answer was -789, but I don't think its right.

-
ΔH = sum of energy of bonds broken - sum of energy of bonds formed

Bonds broken = 1 (N-N) + 2 (N-H) + 4 (O-H) + 2 (O-O) = 3083 units
Bonds formed = 1 (N≡N) + 8 (O-H) = 4648 units

ΔH = 3083 - 4648 = -1565 units
