Note to Soc: Andrew is about 15 or 16 and doesn't really know what he's doing. He once asked if anyone knew how old you had to be to see the doctor on your own. He is not anywhere close to a responsible adult. For awhile, he blocked me so i would get friends to answer him, mostly in a mocking tone.
Of course, he doesn't listen and will not learn his lesson until he kills the family cat and set his little brother on fire. And maybe not even then. Andrew isn't too bright.
So Soc, my advice to you is to not answer these types of questions (from anyone!) with any type of advice, even if you know the companies you named will not sell to a private individual (and a legal minor, to boot).
