Everyone knows that when there is a high building somewhere, there's usually some other ones right next to it, so if this man was dumb enough to try this, he would probably make it to the other building, whereas the load would fall off and kill someone, so he will experience the load in his wallet.

He won't feel anything. It would be just like if you drove a car off a bridge with you in it. The car would fall at the same rate as you so you wouldn't feel a thing (until you hit the ground)
