(dy/dx) + 2y = 1, y(0) = (5/2) (Meaning x =0, y = 5/2)
Whats your value for C, and what is the function in terms of y only. I get an answer but it's not checking out right. Help please.

y(x) = C e^(-2x) + (1/2)

y(0) = C + (1/2) = 5/2
==> C = 2.

y(x) = 2 e^(-2x) + (1/2)
