How to find domain restrictions

1/2) U (1/2, ∞).......
I have no idea how to. How would I find it for (3x^2 + 2)/(2x-1)

-
The numerator can't equal 0.
2x - 1 = 0
x = 1/2
The domain is all real numbers except x = 1/2.
In set notation, the domain is (-∞, 1/2) U (1/2, ∞).
