n = 5
n + 4 = 9
9 = 3 * 3 is not prime
disproved by example

11 is a prime number, but 11+4=15 which is divisible by 3 and 5. It's just trial and error. Oh yeah, 2+4=6, which is divisible by 2 and 3.
