5x-y+3z=28
8x+2y-4z=24
9x-4y+3z=32

Most importantly I need the steps.

5x-y+3z=28
8x+2y-4z=24
9x-4y+3z=32
multiply both sides of the first equation by two and add result to the second equation
18x + 2z = 80
multiply both sides of the second equation by two and add result to the third equation
25x - 5z = 80
You have
18x + 2z = 80 divide both sides by 2
25x - 5z = 80 divide both sides by 5

9x + z = 40
5x - z = 16
--------------- add equations side by side
14z = 56
z = 4
Substitute z = 4 into 5x -z = 16 you get x = 4
Substitute z = 4 and x = 4 into 5x - y + 3z = 28 you get y = - 28+5x+3z = 4
Solution is x = y = z = 4

You can resolve with Cramer's Method of solving a system of linear equations.
