not him but 6 / 9 = 2 / 3 ; 2^( -2) = 1 / 4...2/3 x 1 / 4 = 1 / 6...3^(-5) = 1 / 243

[ 1 / 6 ] / [ 1 / 243 ] = 243 / 6 = 40.5
