a. y = -2x^2 + 2x - 3 maximum at (.5,-2.5) of -2.5
b. y = -x^2 + 8x - 4 maximum at (4,12) of 12 <==ANSWER
c. y = -4x^2 + 1 maximum at (0,1) of 1
