Do you know any questions that will be on it? Can you post them? And help me how to do it. Thank you so much.- Just put all of the terms that you need to solve for on one side of the equal sign and the rest on the other side.In your equation I am assuming that you are solving for x rather than b or c.......
What is this method called so I could solve more questions similar to these. I'm not good at algebra and I have midterms. Do you know any questions that will be on it? Can you post them? And help me how to do it. Thank you so much.

Just put all of the terms that you need to solve for on one side of the equal sign and the rest on the other side.

In your equation I am assuming that you are solving for x rather than b or c.

2x + b = 7x - c
2x + b - 2x = 7x - c -2x
b = 5x - c
b + c = 5x - c + c
b + c = 5x
5x = b + c
x = (b + c)/5

-
x=(b+c)/5

-
X= (b+c)÷5
