Can i take two different medicines at once

I'm sick and im also on my period.

So i was wondering if i could take my cramp medicine and then my medicine for being sick at the same time.

Or should i wait an hour before i take the other?

It completely depends on the drugs you are taking. Some drugs will have interactions with other drugs, and some won't. It has to do with how the body breaks down (metabolizes) the drugs. What I recommend is to take the names of your two drugs and put them into google to see if they interact. Or, you can post them here and I'll check for you.
