Dude you're icteric, go to your doctor and show him. Even if I suggested something that wasn't metabolized by the liver, my fear is that you might have renal complications too among other things. Go get to the MD, get your labs drawn, let him help you.

Not much if your liver is going all crazy on ambien. Cannabis may work, also, physical exhaustion.
