So I took 10,000 mg of ibuprofen between two days, I have had a headache, and I've been tired. But other than that I feel fine. No other symptoms. I've read that it's very bad, but if I feel fine, so nothing's wrong.. Right?

But long term, over-dosage like that can be bad for your kidneys.

Here's a trick my pediatrician taught me when my kids were small: you can take the ibuprofen every four hours, right? And you can also take acetamenophyn every four hours. She told me you cant take them both at the same time, or over-lapping in staggared doses.
So if you take the ibuprofen and fever or headache not much better after 2 hours, take the other one and keep switching every 2 hours until you feel better.

Why would you take so much? Call an after hrs nurse or Dr. Call the Health Dept first and see if they have an after hrs on call nurse, or at your Dr's office.

Drink a lot of water to try to flush it out.
