This looks like an exam question ?
If so, the answer is 400/(85 x 0.92)

Units needed divided by units per gramme. Then to convert to a volume divide this by the specific gravity.

. which comes out to 5.11 ml

Honestly I don't have a conversion table in front of me nor do I know the difference between vitamins d3 and just plain old vitamin D but I can tell you this. I grew up taking Cod Liver Pills. Mother is old school. Cod Liver can poison you if you take too much. Vitamin A is toxic in large amounts. Cod Liver Oil is loaded with Vitamin A. I would suggest diversifying your vitamin D intake. Have some Broccoli. Have a glass of Milk, Eat Ice Cream. Eat Sardines. Eat Spinach and other greens. Get 30min of direct sun light a day. Some Ice cream, some cheese, and you should be ok.
