Yes but it would be weird and you'd be a blob. There are various animals without skeletons that are able to move such as a jellyfish and slugs

Actually, our nerve impulses are what makes our muscles move. Without those we'd just hang there! And muscles alone wouldn't support our bodies. The skeletal frame is what does that.

You could probably quiver and shake a little, but I don't think you would get anywhere too quickly.
