I picked up a box of 4 light bulbs and one of them fell out and shattered. There was a few drops of liquid in it. What's the liquid?

There is no liquid in a normal light bulb.however there is a small drop of liquid mercury in a fluorescent tube. You will also fing mercury in a ultraviolet sun-tan lamp bulb

conventional light bulbs contain xenon ,argon etc inert gases it doesn't contain any liquid.but if you have seen those drops then it could be different kind of bulb.
