What is the Temp of burning Lithium? Can I make lithium chloride by adding lithium to Sodium hypochlorite (bleach)? Or is it better to make Lithium hydroxide, then add HCL? And can I obtain the solid just by leaving in the sun?

Lithium hydroxide with HCl sounds better, you should get a water +LiCl solution in high yield. You should add access Lithium and very concentrated HCl and try and get a supersaturated precipitate out. The sun should work, just hope another reaction doesn't occur, which it probably won't. Don't boil it out.
