No, I don't think they did anything to her.
They shouldn't have left the kids alone but I don't think they did it.
No way would they put themselves through what they have if they had killed Maddie. When they came back from Portugal Gerry spoke to the press and at the end his voice wavered as if he were stopping himself cry when he said they had nothing to do with her dissapearance.
I don't think they hurt her which means she is somewhere (hopefully) and I really hope she is found alive soon because they must be going through hell
