Ok here is what you do get a cross a big huge cross necklace and wear it. Be like hey shadow bring your punk butt out cause I am about to send you to The neither world! Then if it shows up pull out said cross and say something like in the name of Jesus I command you to leave! I would be calling it names like wimp and other insults until it leaves

I, um... have the same situation. With some research, I discovered that everyone has a shadow. Science these days!

i would suggest contacting a paranormal research group in your area through phone or e-mail. tell them especially about people responding to you acting oddly yet you dont recollect acting that way. If in fact you have time lapses or are experiencing this it sound like a possesion, havent tried to "see a ghost at a haunted house lately have you or been to a p;ace supposedly haunted heavily. start journaling these experiences and ANYTHING that may even somewhat be related and contact a paranormal group near you. Don't know how old you are but I'd say tell a trusted adult at some point soon. STRESS THIS FEAR TO AN ADULT SOOON! DO NOT WAIT!. you might be suprised t know your parent experience things in your home or your home is simply haunted! Start with "i see a black figure constantly around the house" GOOD LUCK !!!!
