Dead people cannot kill anybody. But demons can, especially in areas where spiritism is prevalent.
One who had such an experience is Agboola, a man who lives near the border between Benin and Nigeria. He says: “Spiritism dominates life in our area. It is the custom to wash corpses ceremonially to prepare them for the spirit realm. I often gathered up leftover soap and mixed it with certain leaves. The doctors didn´t know for sure if the deaths occurred because of the "beams of light" or because of the dread and horror the victims felt.
It has also been reported that people who enroll in demon-worshiping secret societies, are sometimes victims of strange deaths when they try to break away from them.

There is only one recorded case that I am aware of where the death of a person was attributed to a ghost/spirit. That was the case of the Bell Witch and her attacks on the Bell family.
Whether that was the case, people have different theories about the Bell Witch and the case in general. I have read actual writings of different family members and it appears that the family certainly thought it to be the case.

Given that I don't believe in ghosts - I'd have to say no. Infrasound and other stimuli may however have provoked heart attacks and so on, or force people to make hazardous actions because of fear - that THEN led to death.
So ... in a way, no (because I don't believe ghosts exist), and in a way yes (because people may think there are ghosts around, and do ill-advised things to get away - and then die).

Indirectly, yes. What I mean is suppose a ghost jumps out in front of a car, and the drive swerves to miss, goes into a spin, crashes into a tree, and is killed. The ghost did not directly kill the person, the high speed impact with a tree did.

I killed a ghost one time. And I never got caught neither!
