Yes u have paranoyas and u need to go and get some help, its gonna get worse with time.

I know this may sound extreme, but you could have anything along the lines of psychosis/schizophrenia/paranoia/bipolar… If unsure, just look it up on google. What you are describing fits some of the syomptoms of these. There are some medications to help treat and prevent it from getting worse, but it won't go away [except in some very rare cases]. But don't worry yet, it could be something as simple as stress, a dream or your imagination. Also look up 'sleep paralysis'.
In these situations, PLEASE DON'T automatically assume that you have some sort of psychic ability, when you could have some serious issues regarding your health. If you believe in 'paranormal' things, then great, but don't just ride it off to that.
