Spirit visiting you in your dream

Alright so a couple weeks ago I took my grandmother's mandolin off the wall in her house and I got it restored. I've been learning how to play it. Earlier I took a nap and had a dream about her. In my dream she was exactly how I remember her. In her late 70s and wearing one of those Moo Moo dresses that old women wear. I played a song for her on it and when I finished, she gave me a hug. Then she told me, "I have to go now." After that everything turned dark. It was a sort of feeling like if all of your organs were magnetic and someone put a huge magnet in front of you. I don't know. It was weird though.

Was this her spirit contacting me through my dream?
Have you had any experiences like this?
What does it feel like for a spirit to exit your body?

Yes! I think she loves you and that she did visit you in your dreams! I have a quick story... When I was around 6 my mom-mom died. I cried myself to sleep and I had a dream we were in a church (We never went to church) and my brother and I were coloring. I remember I was coloring a picture of Christ. All of a sudden I heard someone calling my name faintly. So I got up and there was a crowd of people. So I went through the crowd and saw my mom-mom levitating there. She said, my brothers name and my name. Then I just woke up. I cried myself to death after that but, I think she was just trying to tell me she is always there for me. :)

Also, I didn't feel her exit my body... I just woke up like any normal dream. I hope I helped. :)

Yes she came to you in your dream this is one of the many ways spirits communicate, she hears you and she like it and loves you!

its probably just a really ironic coinsurance but it MAY possible be something paranormal too....the dream ones are pretty tough

Yes, it sounds like she was paying you a visit. Deceased family members often come back to check up on the ones they love, and your at your most vulnerable when your asleep.
