I started 2 days ago and I have very good concentration but I can't seem to connect my energy I think is what the problem is I don't understand can anyone help please and explain?

Dont try to move the pen it's impossible, instead try to realise the truth. There is no pen. Then you'll see that it's not the pen that's move but only yourself.
