After a long time, i.e, when steady state is reached, the circuit will behave like a circuit with a 3Ω and 6Ω in series.
We can find potential drops across these resistors.
Total current = 9 / (6 + 3) = 1 A
V across 3Ω = 1(3) = 3V
V across 6Ω = 1(6) = 6V
The catch in this question is that potential across a capacitor is equal to the potential drop across the resistor parallel to it.
In other words,
V across 6Ω = V across 6 μF = 6 V
and
V across 3Ω = V across 3 μF = 3 V
Charge on 3 μF = CV = 3(3) = 9 μC
Charge on 6 μF = CV = 6(6) = 36 μC
We can find potential drops across these resistors.
Total current = 9 / (6 + 3) = 1 A

V across 6Ω = 1(6) = 6V
