He told us that the answer is 2000 W, but he wants a solution. Any explanation or steps to solving the problem would be greatly appreciated. Im so lost!efficiency = 30% = .Heat Input = 600 W / .......
the combustion phase?

My Physics teacher never showed us how to work out problems like this. He told us that the answer is 2000 W, but he wants a solution. Any explanation or steps to solving the problem would be greatly appreciated. I'm so lost!

efficiency = Power Output / Heat Input

efficiency = 30% = .30

Heat Input = Power Output / efficiency

Heat Input = 600 W / .30

Heat Input = 2000 Watts
