Is it possible to have 0 gravity or 0 forces period anywhere in the universe in any way

Result: 0 gravity....The rest of the universe is also pulling on the station, and it is in a state of free fall relative to all those attractions.......

Any mass in free fall experiences the sum of all accelerations on it to be zero, and ergo, the sum of all forces to be zero.
Best example is on the ISS, where the earth's gravitational acceleration is exactly canceled by the centrifugal acceleration of the circular path. Result: 0 gravity....

The rest of the universe is also pulling on the station, and it is in a state of free fall relative to all those attractions.

I see two possibilities. First we have in a free falling system on earth the condition without acceleration. You have basically no weight. Astronauts train in airplanes such conditions. It might be not 100% but very close.
Secondly we can place a body between earth and sun in such a way that the gravitation force from the sun and from the earth are equal in opposite direction.
The distance x from the sun would be x = L/(1 + sqrt(Ms/Me))
where L is the distance earth-sun =1,5*10^8 km, Ms = 2*10^30 kg the mass of the sun and
Me = 5,97*10^24 kg. We get x = 2,6*10^5 km

In the real world, not easy. Any perpetual motion devices are powered by a battery, or electromagnet... or some kind of energy force. Here there is too much friction for something like that too happen.
If there is an atmosphere where that is possible without any manipulation. We haven't discovered yet...

"Or is it possible to model that situation?"

Of course it is possible to "model" that situation. That is exactly what Newton did.
