A stationary observer will see something different. Time slows down for the moving thing to make it all hang together.

The headlights, which are atached to the car, emit light and will also travel the in the same speed as the car, therefore, it won't make a difference

Well if your going the speed of light them the headLIGHTS will travel the same speed as the car. So when you turn them on they don't beam infront as normal but stay in one position which is where the bulb is

Seeing as you are travelling at the speed of light the light cannot go any faster, and so will not be seen by you in the car.
