A truck moves off with with a constant acceleration. It has a string with a mass hanging off it in a rear compartment. If the angle between the string and the vertical is 30'', what is the acceleration of the truck?

-
a = g*tanΘ = 5.658 m/s²

Blah, that's not the question...

At a speed of 60 km/hr the truck has stopped accelerating. What is now the angle of the string?
