Winter is a fantastic time of year. We go snowmobiling. skiing, tobogganing, camping (yes camping), build snow men, cross country skiing, play hockey outside, skating, . wouldn't miss it for the world.

Canada and Alaska provide some of the most intense cold the world has to offer, but people dont always have the money to move, or find a job somewhere else, so they get used to it.

-
because they like how it's too cold. maybe it's their culture. like eskimos have lived in cold places like alaska for generations.

Why do people live where it rarely snows or gets too cold, but it's blazing hot and humid for 1/2 the year and a tornado or hurricane comes along every five minutes? Because it's home!!

-
Some people dont mind it that cold. I live in the northeast, so it can get very cold but it can also get very hot
