Where in canada does acid rain occur

The general blame comes from power plants in this sense, which have added scrubbers in their stacks. Diesel nowadays has limited sulfur by law, which means less enters the air.......
also i need to know these questions:
what is the geography of that land
how does it affect the land
why it receives acid rain
how to reduce the acid rain in the area

Rain is generally slightly naturally acidic because of the carbon dioxide in the air which is dissolved. Most of Canada receives rain, so if you wanted to be technical, then you could say "everywhere". However, the human contribution to acid rain is most evident in southern Ontario near the Great Lakes. This is primarily due to the general wind flow coming from areas such as Detroit and Chicago, which are highly industrialized and populated towards areas such as Ottawa and Toronto. Some of the constituents to acid rain are sulfuric acid (H2SO3), nitrous oxides (NOx), and hydrochloric acid from the chemical reaction between chloride salts and water.

In general, acid rain tends to create a burning dissolution to living material because of its acidity as it has a strong affinity to attract to the sugar molecules in trees. This tends to kill the vegetation because it halts photosynthesis. It also seeps into the water supply, which means fish, coral, and plant life will either have to adjust to the lower pH or die.

In terms of reducing the effect, the individual really has not much he/she can do. The catalytic converters cut down on the amount of carbon monoxide and loose carbon from the exhaust, but the nitrous compounds pass through the converter without change. The biggest culprit is sulfur. Sulfurous compounds come from the combustion of coal, which means burning coal with lower sulfur content. The general blame comes from power plants in this sense, which have added scrubbers in their stacks. Diesel nowadays has limited sulfur by law, which means less enters the air.
