Which city in Montana has cold winters, but warm summers

Thanks.-I would suggest a city in the plains, like Glasgow.They have average high temperatures ranging from the low 20s in January to near 90 in late July into August.Their all-time record high is 113F while their all-time record low is -59F, a range of 172 degrees.......

For a book I'm writing. Need a place in Montana. I'm thinking Thompson Falls, but i dont really know how cold it gets. If you could tell me how cold it gets in the winter, then I'd be grateful.
