i've promised the kids that we will get a dog but i'm not sure on a breed. i have 2 ten year olds and a two year old so i need a breed thats generally good with kids
i need a dog that's playful but not hyper because i have a 2 year old. it needs to be breed thats patient and has a sound temperament. Money and time isn't an issue and i don't really want a puppy, i was looking at getting an adult dog from a shelter. any ideas?

Labradors are brilliant with kids. My brother in law has a black lab and he has been brilliant with their baby.
